Fernsehturm Berlin tickets: Fast View, time slots and prices

The standard ticket is cheaper but sends you through the regular queue at the entrance. The Fast View ticket costs more but gives priority access without waiting – on busy days that can easily save 30 to 60 minutes.

If you want to book a table at the restaurant on the viewing floor, you reserve a dedicated table slot, which usually includes the ride up and replaces the separate tower ticket.

It's quietest in the first two hours after opening, and just before sunset for the best light. Weekends and school holidays get much busier, so only early-booked slots help then.

Allow 60 to 90 minutes for a visit including the lift ride and a walk around the observation deck.

Check whether the price covers only the ascent, or also priority entry and a restaurant slot. Combo tickets with a Spree river cruise or a city sightseeing tour are often cheaper than two separate bookings.

The second thing to check is the cancellation window. Many providers refund up to 24 hours before the booked slot, a sensible safeguard for such a popular attraction.
