Berlin museums: tickets and entry compared

For a city of its size Berlin has an unusually dense museum landscape: the Pergamon Museum on the Museumsinsel, the Neues Museum, the German Historical Museum and Madame Tussauds Berlin. Almost all of them sell online tickets through several portals – which means different final prices for the same admission.

One planning note: several Berlin museums offer free or reduced entry on certain weekdays or for visitors under 18. In those cases an online ticket mainly makes sense to skip the queue or secure a fixed time slot.
